Meet Amanda..
A 47-year-old mother of two who decided her story wasn’t over.
When she started working with me in 2020, she was in a tough spot- mentally, physically, and emotionally. A broken foot had thrown her off track, and life had piled on with sedentary habits, unhealthy choices, and a struggle with heavy drinking.
Fast  forward to today:
